Our Merchandise Team ensures Spotlight is able to continue to deliver on our promise of ‘Bargains Galore’. Our Buyers and Assistants keep our range on trend and source product, forecast and place stock, and keep accurate records of our product data.
I have worked for Spotlight for just over 20 years, starting out part-time in Store. Over the years I have had the opportunity to change my role several times, and now I have the privilege to work in our Support Group supporting our NZ Craft & Party Depts. Within Spotlight there are plenty of challenges as well as opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
The most important attributes for anyone pursuing a career at Spotlight are to be flexible, have attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
