Utilising our in-house Advertising Team, Communications Team and Marketing Team, the Marketing Department successfully promotes the Spotlight brand throughout Australia and overseas. Creative roles include Graphic Design, Photography and Post Production, as well as Public Relations and Communications.
Our marketing is done in-house, giving us the opportunity
to change and adapt to what our customers want and
need. Over the past 11 years, Spotlight has given me the
opportunity to grow and develop in my role, as well as
